Pentatonic Intervals

So now I’m comfortable enough running through the diatonic scales to play over major or minor progressions and I’m trying to work on intervals to make my solos more constructed to particular notes and parts of the scales. I cut out some pictures from a big stack of guitar technique magazines and I found this on the back of one of them. It’s a bit crumpled up but it’s clear enough what it’s saying and something that I’ve skipped over learning properly and is important. Looking at it you should recognise the relationship from the root notes rather than the actual fret any interval is on so that it can be related to any key. Hope it helps!
